Ordinary belongings are carefully removed from the areas being cleaned, stored in dedicated boxes while we work and returned neatly afterwards.

- Unusual or hazardous contamination
Heavy pet hair, mould, biological contamination and other exceptional conditions are assessed individually. Some vehicles may require a revised quote or may not suit a standard valeting appointment.
Real improvement—not false promises
Professional valeting can significantly improve a vehicle’s cleanliness, appearance and comfort, but permanent staining, wear, fading or previous damage may remain.
We cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain or mark. Our aim is the best safe and realistic improvement for the vehicle’s age, materials and condition.
Machine polishing, scratch removal and paint correction are not included in either valeting package.

How long does mobile car valeting take?
Kaizen Deep Clean usually takes approximately three to four hours. Complete Detail normally requires six hours or more. These estimates are based on two people working; vehicle size, condition and contamination can affect the time.
Do you need access to water and electricity?
We bring our own water and can provide our own power. When a suitable electrical socket is available, we prefer to use it to reduce generator noise. We confirm the arrangements before your appointment.
Do I need to empty the car?
No. Ordinary belongings are placed in dedicated storage boxes while we work and returned neatly afterwards. Please remove valuables, medication, fragile items and anything sensitive.
Do you clean child seats?
Appropriate surface cleaning of child seats is included, subject to their materials, condition and care instructions.
Can you work at my workplace?
Yes, provided permission has been obtained and there is a safe, suitable working area. Send the postcode and a photograph of the proposed location so we can check it before booking.
Can you remove every stain?
Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. The result depends on the type of contamination, how long it has been present, the material and any previous cleaning attempts.
Is machine polishing included?
No. Deep Clean and Complete Detail do not include machine polishing, scratch removal or paint correction. These services can be quoted separately where the paintwork has visible defects.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
An outdoor appointment may need to be rearranged if the weather could affect safety or prevent the expected result. We will contact you if conditions are unsuitable.
